Check Policy

Please endorse checks to "Harvest Hills Veterinary Hospital". A valid photo ID is required. We accept personal checks only; business and temporary checks will be refused. We do not hold checks, so please do not postdate your check. If you would like to extend payment, you must apply for CareCredit. In the event that a check is returned, you will be assessed a Returned-Check Fee of $30. All non-payable checks will be prosecuted by the District Attorney's Office.

Credit Card Policy

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The card holder must be present to process any Credit Card Payments. However, we do not accept Credit Cards by phone.

CareCredit Policy

CareCredit grants qualified individuals a line of credit for medical use only. CareCredit is accepted by many animal and human health care providers. Additionally, promotional rates are offered, including no interest for up to one year and reduced rates for 24-36 months. Ask your receptionist for details on current promotions. A receptionist will also assist you in completing the free application which may include a co-signer if needed. If your application is not accepted, you may re-apply with a co-signer. All CareCredit applications must be accompanied by each applicant's signature and a valid Driver's License. We charge a 10% fee for CareCredit transactions that are longer than 12 months.

Deposit Policy

We require that all hospitalized cases be accompanied by a deposit of 50% - 100% of the Veterinarian's estimate. All first-time clients must make payment in full at the inception of any services.
